At Audio Advice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance audio and home theater gear. If you are not thrilled with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
