Coastal Source CRS2K 2000W Component Rack System Amplifier

The Coastal Source CRS2K Component Rack System Amplifier is a high performance solution for managing multi zone audio from a single rack space. As the successor to the CRS1400 model, this 2000W unit delivers 500W per channel across four channels. Its 1U powder coated steel chassis is built for standard rack mounting and provides the power needed to drive up to four speakers and four subwoofers at 8 ohms. Because it is stable down to 2 ohms, it offers the technical overhead required for a demanding sound system setup.

Flexibility is a standout feature of this amplifier. It supports both balanced and unbalanced analog inputs, as well as AES67 digital connectivity. Since it is AES67 enabled, it integrates seamlessly with existing Dante digital architecture. For outputs, the unit utilizes Phoenix style connectors for traditional bare wire, though it can also adapt to Coastal Source CC cables using separate adapters. Every amplifier includes one pair of input cable adapters to assist with the initial configuration.

Internal DSP control allows for precise tuning, while the ability to switch between Direct Drive and 70v operation makes it suitable for various residential or commercial AV installation needs. This amplifier is strictly designed for indoor, climate controlled environments to ensure long term reliability. It provides a robust and scalable foundation for any smart home integration that requires significant power and digital compatibility without taking up excessive space.
