Coastal Source 8.0 Mini Ellipse Bollard

The Coastal Source 8.0 Mini Ellipse Bollard is a two (2) way outdoor speaker built for clear and balanced sound in different settings. It uses a 6.5-inch polypropylene woofer with a Santoprene surround and a 1-inch titanium dome tweeter. The tweeter sits on an articulating base, so it can be aimed toward the main listening area. This setup covers a frequency range from 65Hz to 20kHz, giving it a wider sound range than most outdoor speakers.

The enclosure is made from rotomolded composite material with color throughout, finished in brown. It is built to handle tough weather and meets IP66 standards for dust and water resistance. The design lets it blend in with landscaping or stand out as a simple architectural feature. It can be installed in the ground, used freestanding, or mounted on a deck, which makes it easy to fit into different outdoor layouts.

A male CC connector is included for plug and play systems, but the speaker can also be wired into conventional setups. It handles up to 100 watts and has a wide one hundred twenty degree dispersion, so it works well for both home and commercial outdoor audio.
